About the Founder
Ashim Monga
AMFreak Nutrition was founded by Ashim Monga — a fitness entrepreneur whose journey is built on resilience, discipline, and an unbreakable mindset.
Her transformation began in 2011 when she stepped into the gym as an overweight girl searching for confidence. The journey was not linear. There were years of struggle, setbacks, and self-doubt. But everything changed in 2020 after the loss of her mother — a moment that redefined her purpose.
With family responsibilities on her shoulders and life at a standstill, Ashim made a powerful decision — to rebuild herself from the inside out.
She committed to fitness, mastered nutrition, and reshaped her mindset. What started as self-healing soon became a lifestyle. As her transformation became visible, so did her influence. She learned to rise above criticism, jealousy, and noise — choosing growth over comfort.
Despite completing her B.Tech in 2020 and attempting a corporate career in 2024, she realized her destiny was not to follow a path — but to create one.
When she decided to launch her own brand, even her closest circles doubted her. But vision doesn’t need validation.
